Pointe d’Esny

Architectural design (Construction 2026)

The homes at Pointe d’Esny draw their essence from the understated sophistication of Studio Fairerol. The design celebrates raw materials, the quietude of form, and a close dialogue between architecture and nature.

A series of grounded walls carve the landscape, defining each home while uniting them beneath a continuous, overhanging roof. This language of walls, openings, and rooflines establishes a sense of rhythm and connection across the site.

Natural materials — concrete, timber, and linen — create a serene palette that softens the transition between interior and exterior. Light filters through generous openings, shaping spaces that feel both protected and open to the landscape.

Faithful to Fairerol’s philosophy, Pointe d’Esny embodies harmony over excess; a meditative architecture, modern yet rooted, conceived as a refined coastal retreat.
